Award winning guitarist and composer Graeme Stephen has been breathing new life into classic early cinema with his Silent Film Scores. A warm welcome back to the Mill Sessions for Cole Stacey and Joseph O’Keefe who were a rel class act last time they played for us.  A Session not to be missed!

Unpretentious, absorbing and far from the madding crowd, India Electric Company’s carefully blended sound vortexes around a supple joining of voice and instruments. Concocted in the Devonshire countryside and Parisian cafes, Cole Stacey and Joseph O’Keefe produce intricately woven textures which belies the fact that there are only two of them.

Scottish folk singer, song-writer and guitarist Shelagh MacDonald, who released two critically acclaimed albums before her abrupt and mysterious disappearance in 1971, almost as mysteriously reappeared a couple of years ago and the Mill Sessions was hugely honoured to have her for a session very early on in that process of making her return to the world of performing.
